The house is situated at ulica Bolesławy (Bolesławy street) in the residential area of Osiedle Warszawskie, about a ten-minute drive from the Poznań International Fair grounds. There are four bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two TV sets and two bathrooms. The car park is available for three cars.

A zoo, restaurants, Malta Ski, Lake Malta, a cinema, a shopping centre, a park, a ropes course.

The house is located near an artificial lake Malta, at which there is a regatta course. Around the lake there are various objects that allow you to spend time in an active way in every season. In spring and summer we have an ideal path for walking, cycling and skating, and the Malta Summer Cinema in the fresh air. Near the ski slope there are areas to play golf and do summer tobogganing. In addition, there are held all sorts of concerts, often free of charge. In winter you can use the ice-rink, which is located at the beginning of the racing course or do winter sports on an artificial ski slope located further east, up at the lake.
