A very functional 3 bedroom apartment in a block of flats, a large hall, separate doors to all 3 rooms. In each room a bed (one wide double bed - it's not in the photo  and 2 small beds), a large room opens onto a balcony and a panoramic view of the housing estate and West Poznan city. Bathroom with a bath, separate toilet, large comfortable kitchen, where guests can prepare meals. If you are looking for a cheap bed & breakfast in Poznan, we  recommend this accommodation. This is a nice place to stay in Poznan, close to the city centre , MTP Fair and the Old Market (Stary Rynek).

From the accommodation to the fair site: from Ulica Jawornicka (Jawornicka st.) to Ulica Grunwaldzka (Grunwaldzka st.) and then turn right and drive straight to the fair grounds

By tram: Starting with the fair on Ulica Bukowska (Bukowska st.), walk for about 200m to the tram stop "Bałtyk" and get on the tram number 6 or 13 and get off at the 7th stop-- "Babimojska". From the bus stop to the house walk for about 5 minutes. In a straight line (210m) Total travel time (11min tram ride + 10 min walk)

A lot of shops, cafeterias, supermarket " Piotr i Paweł", close to the Poznan football stadium, which hosts prestigious matches

Nice settlement of block buildings and villas, well-lighted and paved streets, a lot of greenery around, nearby historic military buildings like Fort VIII, and you can also visit the municipial stadium of football club "Lech Poznań".
