Because we have to settle accounts with hosts immediately after services are provided, and in most cases pay a deposit, we require that our clients accept similar terms of payment.
At busy periods a deposit is required for reservation. The amount of the deposit is subject to agreement, but must cover at least one day's stay.
Payment for accommodation is made in cash on the first day of your stay. After payment has been made, we issue a VAT invoice. VAT is charged at 7% (Polish Goods and Services Classification 55.23.13).
For firms wishing to make full payment by transfer, the entire amount must be paid before services begin on an agreed date. We do not accept payment after service has been provided, as this carries the risk of delays or non-payment.
In special cases, such as when a firm rents several houses or when accommodation is taken for a longer period, payment terms will be arranged individually.
A client renting accommodation through Pentagos is also obliged to pay additional costs for extra persons using the accommodation and to pay for the preparation of meals ordered. Clients must also pay the costs of any damage for which they are responsible. Pentagos will not accept liability for the loss of valuable items from the rented premises.
If an order is cancelled before the date indicated in the contract, the client will be charged the gross cost of renting the accommodation for one night; in other cases the client will be charged the costs set out in the contract.
