Between 14 - 17 June 2011 was another edition of ITM Poland 2011, which is one of the three biggest events held at the MTP. Hostesses from our agency were fairly large group. You could see them on the stands, such as: Marcegaglia, Tegamo, Renishaw, Eckert, Mazak, Prima Power, or BS system. Very fun and energetic trio Kate, Margaret and Julita handle Marcegaglia stand, where they enlivened the atmosphere when it was necessary. Agnes and Mary, who speak very good English worked on the stands where two Czech companies where they could learn a new language for them. Agnes had a lot of work with the product presentation on the stand of BAD company, which specializes in safety equipment, but also lent his good knowledge of English language was usefull when the foreign company representatives talked with Polish customers. Entering the hall No.3 you could meet our hostess Claudia, who welcomed guests to the Rands booth, where because of mainly young staff there was always a relaxed atmosphere. While at the Prima Power prevailed among the girls division of roles. Alice, a specialist in English dealt with the welcoming and invited guests, and Joanna and Catherine handle the catering firm company guests. Zuzanna i Justyna which are working for company Bs System every year have also a lot of work, as the company fairly well known and respected in the industry has always had a lot of visitors, which had to be properly welcomed, but the girls cope with this without any difficulties. Between the stands on segways you could see our two hostesses Kamila and Karolina, which in this way encourage visitors to visit Eckert stand. Additionally, dressed in red dresses were from black and white checkerboard additives, which alluded to the climate of Formula 1, which indeed was the theme of the booth. Another hostess, who once again worked for the same company was Kate. She care about busy Renishaw company represetatives as for there customers could get  warm cup o cofee or tee during business conversation and after that talk she make the tables ready for next guests. Right next to Kate on the Mazak booth worked with our next hostess - Zaneta which, like her friend from the stand next to mainly dealt with the reception of guests on the stand delivering snacks and beverages to the guests. On the Itek's stand ruled Cornelia as her beauty and sense of humor captivated the Italian company's representatives, who were very pleased with their work.At the Tegamo stand you could meet our two other hostesses Marta and Monica who were for the guest first persons two contact and directed them to the appropriate people at the booth and took care of them so they could feel properly welcome.
