1. Twaróg miksujemy z jogurtem i dodajemy miód.
2. Białka oddzielamy od żółtek. Żółtka dodajemy do twarogu i miksujemy. Do białek dodajemy łyżkę brązowego cukru i miksujemy na puszystą pianę, następnie dodajemy do masy twarogowej (ja najpierw dodałam białka, później żółtka, ale odwrotnie byłoby jeszcze bardziej puszyście ;)). Całość delikatnie mieszamy drewniana łyżką.
3. Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 180 stopni.
4. Spód blachy wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i smarujemy oliwą z oliwek oraz posypujemy otrębami owsianymi.
5. Następnie przelewamy całość do formy. Sernik stawiamy na głębokiej blasze, do której wlewamy wrzątek (tak żeby sięgał połowy formy). Pieczemy około godziny. Po wyjęciu ciasta z piekarnika czekamy około 20 minut zanim wyjmiemy go z formy.
6. Wystudzony sernik dekorujemy tym co lubimy (owocami, wiórkami, orzechami itp.) Ja posypałam skórką z pomarańczy i płatkami migdałowymi. Sernik jest puszysty i rozpływa się w ustach. Smacznego!
