A duplex house, situated at ulica Modrzejewskiej (Modrzejewskiej street) in the residential area of Osiedle Bajkowe, about a 15-minute drive from the Poznan International Fair grounds and 5 minutes from the airport. There are one bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with single beds and one and a half bathroom (a bathroom + a seperate toilet). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV set. The car park is available for two cars-- a locked, remote control gate.

Restaurant "Fart", shopping center King Cross, several shops open until 11-12PM, night clubs, a bar, a pizzeria, a kebab eating place, a discount shopp ,,Netto' a post office, 2km away from the ,,Ławica' Airport.

A nice district with many houses and villas, the district areas are well-lighted. The roads and sidewalks are paved. Nearby there are city woods of Poznan "Lasek Marceliński', a great place to bike or walk.
