PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (cat. num. 0816):

Bulion wołowo - drobiowy - zwany zupą konsumma - gotowanie wymaga kilku godzin czasu. Powstaje na bazie wołowiny i dobrej jakości kurczaka, marchwi, pietruszki, selera i innych jerzyn. Rosół z kurczaka jest odsączany po jakimś  czasie od wszystkich warzyw i mięsą kurczaka. Potem gotóje się masę  wołowa i gotoje długo na małym ogniu. W bulionie nie zabraknie przypraw. Pozostały w garnku bulion doprawiamy: płaską łyżeczką lubczyku, płaską łyżeczką rozmarynu, płaską łyżeczką słodkiej, czerwonej papryki i odrobiną grubo mielonego czarnego pieprzu (z młynka)
