Gotujemy na boczku lub wędzonych żeberkach zalać wodą, dodajemy liść laurowy,ziele angielskie i pieprz ziarnisty.

Po zagotowaniu 30 minut wyjmujemy boczek/żeberka i dodać obrane i pokrojone w plastry warzywa. Dodajemy sól wg smaku i resztę przypraw 

Gotujemy do miękkości buraków.

Na końcu dodajemy soku z cytryny,wyłączyć gaz i odstawić do przegryzienia smaku.

Podajemy czysty. Możesz domowić porcję uszek lub paszteciki mięsne bądź grzybowe
